HiOmmi – Privacy Policy Last updated: 07 December 2025 HiOmmi (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a mobile application designed to help pregnant women and parents track pregnancy, baby growth and related information (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use HiOmmi. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. 1. Data we collect: We collect two categories of data: 1.1. Data you provide directly Email address When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address to: create and secure your account, allow you to log in, contact you about important service information (for example, security notifications or changes in terms). Profile information (optional) Depending on the features you use, you may optionally provide: first name or nickname, due date or baby’s date of birth, pregnancy or baby-related notes that you enter manually (for example: symptoms, appointments, reminders). These data are used only to provide personalization and core functionalities of HiOmmi. 1.2. Data collected automatically When you use the App, some technical data may be collected automatically, for example: device model, operating system and version, anonymous identifiers needed for the app to function (e.g. to maintain your session), basic usage events (for example, opening the app, accessing a main screen). We do not collect precise location data, SMS, contact list, photos or microphone/camera content. 2. How we use your data We use your information only for the following purposes: Provide and maintain the App create and manage user accounts, display and synchronize your pregnancy/baby data, send notifications and reminders that you have activated. Security protect accounts against unauthorized access, detect technical problems and abuse. Communication with you send service messages (for example: security alerts, important changes in the app), respond to your support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. 3. Legal basis (for users in the EEA / UK) If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your data on the following legal bases: Performance of a contract: to provide you with the App and its functionalities when you create an account and use HiOmmi.
